For this collaboration with yoose, street artist Yuzhen Ke developed a limited-edition Valentine’s Day gift set, featuring a co-branded razor and a ceramic-inspired collectible edition. The project reinterprets traditional Chinese blue-and-white porcelain through contemporary graffiti aesthetics, merging heritage motifs with street art.
Drawing inspiration from porcelain ornamentation, the design incorporates elements such as dragons and Tang-style arabesque patterns. Through graffiti-based illustration and graphic reinterpretation, Yuzhen Ke transforms these classical motifs into a modern visual language that bridges cultural tradition and urban expression.
The collaboration demonstrates a seamless integration of product design, festive concept, and artistic storytelling. The result is a distinctive Valentine’s Day gift set where porcelain aesthetics, graffiti, and technological design converge, offering a collectible object with cultural depth and contemporary appeal.

ABOUT THIS WORK
Entitled yoose × Yuzhen Ke Blue-and-White Porcelain Razor, this work transforms a functional object into a platform for artistic exploration, where traditional cultural motifs meet contemporary street art. Yuzhen Ke draws inspiration from Tang-dynasty blue-and-white porcelain, reinterpreting its classic decorative language—dragons, Tang-style arabesques, and ornamental flourishes—through the dynamic gestures and visual syntax of graffiti.
The packaging and product surface function as dual canvases. The design foregrounds symbols emblematic of Eastern visual heritage, with dragons and arabesque patterns rendered in layered, expressive graffiti strokes. Through this approach, the artist translates static historical motifs into a vibrant, contemporary narrative, embedding cultural memory directly into the tangible object.

ABOUT ARTIST
Yuzhen Ke
Born in Zhanjiang, Guangdong in 2000, Yuzhen Ke initiated his artistic practice at 15 following his immersion in graffiti subculture. As a millennial creator, his oeuvre transcends the limitations of elemental graffiti composition, undertaking a transcultural aesthetic intervention that fuses the countercultural vitality of contemporary street art with the epistemological depth of Eastern cultural heritage.
Yuzhen Ke emerges as China’s inaugural public graffiti artist to crystallize a distinct “blue-and-white porcelain style,” realizing a dialectical synthesis between classical artisanal craftsmanship and the raw, unmediated expressivity of street culture.
His clients and collaborators include Nike, Starbucks, Tencent, FILA, Voss, and LOLA. He has been invited to graffiti festivals in Vienna, Heidelberg, Bayonne, Glasgow, and Central Hong Kong, and holds Russia’s largest individual graffiti mural record (Vladivostok).
