Xinyuan, an emerging contemporary Chinese illustrator, is more than a mere illustrator—she is a cross-disciplinary artistic practitioner centered on visual narrative. Guided by media experimentation and rooted in ontological speculation, she explores contemporary social contexts and human spiritual textures. With delicate yet tense visual language, she constructs an imaginary utopia, integrating digital media and traditional painting to blur the line between reality and surrealism, while anchoring her work in ultra-refined techniques and precise line semiotics to unify rational lines with boundless imagination.
